Magnesium calcium brick

It is an alkaline composite magnesia refractory product with Mg0 and Ca0 as the main chemical components. The porosity is low, the softening starting temperature is generally higher than 1700°C, and the resistance to alkaline slag is good. Calcium magnesia is used as a raw material, crushed, blended, kneaded, and molded to be fired at a high temperature of 1550-1600°C. Magnesia-calcium bricks are mainly used as the lining of lining f and VOD ladle of AOD furnaces for smelting stainless steel, replacing the original magnesium-chromium bricks, and are the most important magnesium-magnesium-based refractories.
